The service, payment, refund, account and acceptable-use terms for HK Primary Interview.
Membership
The plan costs HKD399 per month and renews automatically each month until canceled. The daily equivalent of HKD13.30 is based on 30 days; billing is monthly, not daily. Cancel renewal anytime from the account billing portal. Access continues until the paid period ends. Existing annual purchases retain their original paid access and are not automatically converted.
Seven-day guarantee
A parent may request a refund within seven calendar days of the first monthly payment by emailing [email protected] with the account email and receipt. Renewal cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the paid period end; it does not automatically refund the current period. Existing annual purchases keep the refund terms at the time of purchase. Fraudulent or repeated abuse may be declined where permitted by law.
Accounts and child use
Parents are responsible for account security and for supervising child use. Enter accurate contact details and do not upload sensitive identity, medical or credential information.
Content and availability
Practice guidance is educational support, not an admission guarantee or professional diagnosis. Features may be corrected or improved while preserving the paid access period and core membership value.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape protected content, resell accounts, bypass access controls, attack the service or submit unlawful material.
Analytics and browser storage
By continuing to use the site, you acknowledge that essential browser storage supports accounts and saved progress, and that Google Analytics may measure page views and feature interactions to help improve the service. Analytics events must not include child profile answers, contact recipients or payment-card details. You may use browser privacy settings or content blockers to restrict analytics.
Changes, contact and governing terms
Material product or policy changes are dated on the relevant page. Questions about access, refunds or these terms should be sent to [email protected]. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Hong Kong law.

HK$99/month includes one provider profile and unlimited courses. Billing starts immediately on payment, including review time, and renews monthly. Approved providers may update courses; publication requires approval and a paid period. Rejected applications or withdrawal before first approval cancel renewal and refund pending-application listing fees, subject to processor completion. Cancellation after approval does not automatically produce a prorated refund; publication continues until the paid period ends. Non-compliant content may be hidden; suspension stops renewal. Providers must own or have permission to use submitted text, images and videos and are responsible for accuracy, classes and enrolments. Parents contract directly with providers; this platform does not collect tuition. Reviews and replies are moderated and do not establish verified attendance.
A pre-listed entry is not confirmed by its provider and does not imply partnership, endorsement or current course availability. Claimants must be authorised representatives and complete ownership review and listing payment; sign-in or payment alone never transfers ownership. Owners may update public content after approval. Competing applications rejected because another verified representative was approved receive refunds of pending-application listing fees. Cancellation does not automatically release a claimed profile to someone else. Contact support for ownership disputes.
